Brooke first came to yoga in 2012 to build strength and it didn’t take long for it to become so much more that a workout. For Brooke, yoga is a celebration of life: in all its beauty and all its messiness. Her classes combine breath and movement into a fluid dance that helps to build strength, cultivate flexibility, and that allows her students to become more familiar with the subtleties of their body, mind, and spirit.
