From running track and playing sports when growing up in Kenya, yoga changed my life upon my first class. It was ideal not only to help me regain flexibility, strength, balance, but the lessons of the practice provided effective ways to live a more wholesome life off the mat while adjusting to new life away from home. To me the practice is far beyond physical exercise; it involves use of breathing techniques to build awareness of my mind and body and application of the yogic principles to apply to daily life. My All levels vinyasa practice is home to stress reduction. It offers techniques for those seeking active lifestyles looking for improved flexibility and injury recovery. It is for the curious mind seeking a strong foundation.
